Terms of Use
These graphic sets are linkware for use on personal webpages with
NO COMMERCIAL PURPOSE. If the graphic sets are used on any
commercial sites, a small registration fee should be paid.
Linkware is a free graphic that can be used, with a link back to
Elmhurst Design giving credit for the work done.
Each set has a button with the text "created by Elmhurst Design"
in the style of the set. It must be placed on the same page that
the set is used to give credit for the work done. The URL to link
to is: "http://www.elmhurstdesign.co.uk".
A button-link is the preferable option, however a text-only link
can be used. The text line should include the following: "graphics
provided by Elmhurst Design".
You are not allowed to use Elmhurst Design graphics on website
with any racist, pornographic or otherwise offensive material. Also
no graphics may be used in any other graphics collection unless
authorized with prior approval.
Please do not alter images in any way. Taking part of an image
and using it in your own graphic is also prohibited. You may add
your own text to the blank buttons. If you need any help with this
please contact
us and we will help you.
Do not link directly to this site. You must download the graphics
to your own computer and upload them to your own server.
Finally, I hope you will fill the Registration
Form and tell us the URL of the site where our graphics are
being used.
