AC Milan defender Davide Calabria will unfortunately be not returning for the rest of the season due to a fractured bone in his left leg.
The talented under 21-year-old player will most likely miss the European under 21 championship in the summer and the remaining 5 matches of Milan’s season.
Milan are really disappointed by the news that Calabria will have such a long layoff and they say that tests;
“have revealed a compound fracture of the left fibula.” The club adds that “a new scan is scheduled to take place in about a month.”
Calabria his highly thought of and much sought after. According to the Mirror via Calciomercato he is very much on Manchester United’s radar as they are looking to replace Antonio Valencia who is reported to be leaving at the end of the season.
