Daniel James on verge of signing for Manchester United

Swansea winger Daniel James is on the verge of signing for Manchester United.

According to The Manchester Evening News, the Wales winger is potentially Solskjaer’s first signing since taking over the club.

The paper states that Daniel has agreed terms with United after Brighton manager Graham Potter was unable to coax him to the Amex.

United, who are overhauling their transfer policy have identified young British players.

They see James as the ideal player to nurture and make one of their own. The player himself has had lots of admirers with Pep Guardiola stating that;

“James is incredibly fast, it is not easy (to play against him),” (www.manchestereveningnews.com)

Daniel can play on either wings, and would provide healthy competition for the likes of Rashford, Martial and Sanchez.

If James can play well quickly he gain admiration from the Manchester United support who love an exciting young player.
