Manchester United are gearing up to purchase James Maddison.
The £60 million player and under 21 England international is definitely a prospect that would fit Ole Gunnar’s new youth recruitment policy and has done very well in his first season at Leicester City.
According to The Daily Mirror,
Maddison has been made a priority by United and they are in prime place to capture the young lads signature.
Maddison has also been tracked by the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool but as the summer transfer activity begins it’s United that have shown their cards.
An official bid has not been made yet but it is thought that communication has started between the agents and club officials.
If he does go Leicester City will make a nice sum of money for a player who they spent just £20 million for last summer.
For all the odds on where James Maddison will end up this year head on over to William Hill.
