There have been few positives about the signings of both Fred and Sanchez.
They have been poor since their arrival and United fans wont miss either player if reports linking them up with a move away are confirmed.
According to ukfootie both players could leave for a combined value of £87million pound with Fiorentina and Inter Milan being interested in obtaining their services.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has publicly been backing Sanchez stating he would still have a role with the club this coming season. Despite this though, Inter Milan remain keen take the Chile international and according to The Mirror, Inter have reached out to United in the hope of reaching an agreement by the middle of this week.
Sanchez’s huge salary is still a potential stumbling block and if the player does accept a pay cut United will have to continue to top up his wages.
Inter have held firm and refused to come close to meeting United’s demands. United want £5million of Sanchez’s wages paid during the course of the season before making the deal permanent next year.
It would seem that this is a great deal for Inter as the player only hitting 30 is still in his prime and could do damage in Serie A.
Fiorentina in for Fred
Fred has been a poor signing for the club since his arrival in 2017. Although Manchester United are still optimistic £52million signing Fred will come good, he has not featured much for United under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Although United appear short in midfield it is thought that the club will allow him to leave with Fiorentina a potential suitor for the player.
Calciomercato claim La Viola are interested in taking the Brazilian on a permanent deal and United will have to accept around half the figure they paid Shakhtar Donetsk a year ago.
